December was busy and awesome!! Ian lost a tooth, we spent Christmas in St. George with the Garners, Nik had a birthday, we had family pictures taken, and Miranda performed in her Christmas pageant. So much fun!

November 2012
This little monkey somehow climbed up on the counter and was trying to get to the Halloween candy. She is definitely a CANDY MONSTER. It's all she thinks about morning and night!
No Shave November. I tried to tell him I really actually liked it, but he didn't believe me. I think he should have grown it a little longer. He didn't make it without shaving till the end of November.. I'm pretty sure he only made it two weeks! I was proud though. This is the first time since I have known Nik that he went longer than 2 days without shaving!
Another funny story that I didn't get a picture of was Miranda and her candy. I had gotten down the pumpkins and the kids were choosing 3 pieces of candy to eat. They all dumped their pumpkins out on the kitchen floor. Miranda chose her pieces quickly and was soon putting the rest of her candy back in her pumpkin. Ian on the other hand was sorting his candy and just couldn't decide what 3 pieces he wanted the most. After about 5 minutes of trying to help Ian sort his candy and choose 3 pieces I realized Miranda was not with us anymore and neither was her pumpkin. When I found her she was in the bathroom with the door closed. Her candy was dumped out again and she was eating it as fast as she could. When I caught her she just gave me the biggest, sticky faced grin... I just couldn't be mad!
I am such a good wife!! I grew some cavities so Nik could use me as a patient for his "Mock Boards". I know... nice huh?! It was quite the ordeal because of some paperwork issues, but I made it out alive. I even treated myself to Broccoli cheese soup from Paradise Bakery Cafe because I had been such a good patient!! Bottom line: He passed Mock Boards!! Now we just have WREB (the real thing) coming up!

It's cold enough for Hot Chocolate... or so they think!!
I love when they fall asleep while reading! It makes bed time so much easier!!
We got to dog-sit this month! She was the cutest little dog and her name is Meg. I was worried she would get too much love... and she did. The kids loved having her around and I'll admit I did too. She followed me around and kept me company all day long. She didn't whine at me, or demand things from me... she just wanted to be with me. We only had her for 4ish days, but it gave me the itch to get a dog!
Putting the Christmas Tree up!!
Elf in training.
All finished!!! These little elf helpers did a really good job!! They are really excited for Christmas and are getting a a really fun age!
We moved all the kids into one room!! They love it! They especially like jumping from one bed to the other. They sleep pretty good together and it is fun to hear them laughing and talking (and sometimes fighting) before they fall asleep at night!
Miranda is our little DIVA!! She is very fashion minded and is always coming up with new ways to look fabulous!! I love her confidence in whatever she thinks is awesome. She chooses something she likes and doesn't care if anybody else likes it.
We cut bangs this month! I was sick of hair in the face all the time! They are so cute!!! I love my girls!
October 2012
Warning: Pictures are not in order. Don't know why.
Ian had a really bad allergic reaction. We don't know specifically what caused it, but a lot of factors are probably involved. We went to a farm, played in the corn, spent lots of time outside. Anyways... he got a rash all over his whole body. His face was so swollen and he was miserable. Poor guy! It took about a week for it to go away.
Sisterly Love! Miranda is such a good sister and tries really hard to be nice to Kamryn and take care of her! Moments like these melt my heart and make me smile!!
Playing in the gutter water... can't think of a better way to spend the (finally cloudy) day!
Happy Anniversary!!! 8 years and we are still alive (barely)! We had a fun evening filled with rock climbing, dinner, ice cream and just being together!! I think it's safe to say we are still in love and wouldn't want things any other way!
Ian likes taking pictures of us. He tells us to make funny faces.
Let's see if we can all fit in one picture!! Took a few tries, but we did it!
Kamryn has started going on the potty. I'm not potty training her yet, but I'm excited that she asks to go sometimes!! She thinks she is pretty cool!
Dog pile on Ian!!!
Kamryn is always climbing on top of the counter.
Even if there isn't food up there.. she just likes to be up there!
Happy Halloween from the Ninja warrior, fairy princess, and kitty cat!! They all loved their costumes this year... well Kamryn didn't really care, but Ian and Miranda were very excited!!
We went to the Halloween carnival at Daddy's school and ran into these cool kids... they are the Curtis family in our ward! We love them!!
Opening Halloween presents from Grandma and Grandpa Spendlove. The kids were so excited to get this package in the mail! They love their shirts!!
Tired girl. Look how long her hair is getting!!
Ian all ready for Halloween day at Preschool!! Miranda, Kamryn, and I got to go and help at the "carnival". The girls loved being there with the older kids and playing games and having treats.
Now going out on the town! Our road is pretty dead (no pun intended) on Halloween so we always go a couple streets over!
