September 2012

September was not very eventful!!  This is every picture I took during September!  It is still too hot outside to stay out there for too long so we spent lots of time inside.. probably watching cartoons and doing puzzles, and playing with toys.  Every once in a while we venture outside for a few minutes, or go for a short walk right before it gets dark!  

She has the best hair when she wakes up!!! 

August 2012

In August we were happy to spend the first half in Utah!!  We played with cousins, Aunts, Uncles, Grandparents and just had the best time!  Mommy did some ASEA work and Aunt Sara helped watch the kids!  It was so fun and very nice to be in cooler weather!  Giving Zoe a bath was one of the highlights!  Zoe is now in Heaven and we loved her!  She was such a good dog and so good with the kids!

August 20, 2012 Ian turned 5!!!!  He is such a great kid and such a blessing to our family!  Some of my favorite things about Ian are his sense of humor, his love, his brain and his sweet spirit!  He had such a fun birthday!  He actually got to have two birthday parties!  Grandma Garner was here so we had a party with her and then we had a party on his real birthday!  We took the kids to build-a-bear and they all loved it!  It was so nice of Ian to choose for his sisters to go with him on his birthday!  He got a wiggle car for his birthday and loved it!!  

They are all growing up so much and they each have different personalities!!!  It is fun to see them emerging and becoming their own person!

July 2012

July was a very HOT month here in AZ!  Miranda lived in her swimming suit (literally... day and night),  we stayed inside a lot, and decided to head to Utah again to escape the torturous heat!  Thanks to Aunt Janae we flew home on buddy passes.  We headed to the airport at 6AM and we were so excited to board our plane.  Only problem was the plane was suddenly full and there was no room for us.  It's ok we'll try the next one.  It was full, and the next and the next.  Around 5:30pm Nik picked us up so we could go home and sleep before trying again the next day.  It was an awful day at the airport, but we somehow had so much fun!  Luckily there was a very small play area for kids and we spent at least 8 hours there!  We spent lots of money on food and on Diapers... ($12 for 4 diapers)  and the kids were so exhausted from boredom, waiting for airplanes, and from being in the same place all day.  Luckily I was able to get Kamryn to take a small nap on top of the luggage cart, and Ian fell asleep right before Nik picked us up.  The next day we tried again and got on the first airplane!!  The kids were so excited and they did really good on the flight!  Here we come Utah!!!!

Seriously love moments like this!!!  If you look closely you will notice Ian is squeezing increasingly harder and just after the picture is taken Miranda will stick her tongue out because she is being choked.  She will start crying and Ian won't let go until I pull him off, then he will defend himself by saying he was just giving her a hug! 

This is what my fridge looks like when Almond Milk goes on SALE!!!  Kamryn can't have dairy and this is our alternate of choice!!
